As the Christmas and new year holidays draw to a close for most people now, it is time to start thinking about the year ahead.
Luckily I am not quite back to reality yet, with a week or so still to go until back into it. I am currently sitting in the passenger seat as we drive from Canberra to Bendigo so why not post a blog?
I have decided to start a series of posts from our little journey this week in Victoria along a theme of customer service experiences and potential missed business opportunities observed as I become the holiday consumer.
Each day I will post some examples of the good the not so good, if they occur. I am still undecided if I will name the not so good, probably not, but will definitely mention those whom have done a great job.
So let’s see where this journey takes me and hopefully it is all positive and full of awesomely run businesses! It would be a shame if, given all the talk of hardship for business in the economy that the basic fundamentals are being neglected! This makes it hard to simply blame economic reasons for downturn, but I am getting ahead of myself, lets see what I see!
